HELLWEG’s core business runs under customs supervision. This page sets out what we owe — to the rules, to clients and partners, to our people, and to data.
Compliance
True documents, accurate declarations, duties paid in full — bonded operations and customs are our trade, and our first understanding of compliance: rules are not a constraint on the business; they are the condition of it.
Business outside the rules, whatever its margin, is not HELLWEG’s business.
To clients and partners
The boundaries of responsibility are stated in advance: what can be promised goes into the plan; what cannot is said plainly. Where a step requires a financial licence, it is carried by licensed institutions in the relevant jurisdictions, and each party’s role is presented as it is.
Long-standing relationships are our most valuable asset — and they can only be built on boundaries that are never blurred.
To our people
HELLWEG’s teams are resident in six cities and work across three languages. We stay lean, and value each person the more for it: years of working together count for more than campaigns of mobilisation.
Matters of consequence are handled in person by senior people — a promise to our clients, and equally to the professional growth of our colleagues.
To data and privacy
Clients’ business information is used for the business itself and for nothing else. This website sets no cookies and carries no tracking.
Our position on data is the same as on goods: what we handle, we answer for to the end; what is not ours to touch, we do not touch.
